A Senior Sales Leader Focused on Practical Results
I’m Kevin O’Neill, Founder of Fractional Sales Canada. For more than 15 years, I’ve led sales teams, built processes that actually get used, and helped B2B companies grow across sectors like technology and healthcare.
I started this business because too many companies find themselves in the middle ground, doing it all themselves or thinking they need to hire a full-time sales executive they’re not quite ready for. I step in to fill that gap, bringing clarity, structure, and accountability without adding unnecessary overhead.

My Story
Before starting Fractional Sales Canada, I led national sales teams at Philips Healthcare Canada. As Head of Sales, I was responsible for business lines including Diagnostic Imaging, Monitoring, Image-Guided Therapy, and Informatics. During that time, we consistently exceeded targets, improved efficiency, and influenced decisions at the executive level.
Earlier in my career, I managed sales teams across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. I’ve built a reputation for coaching strong performers, building lasting customer relationships, and developing strategies that actually work in practice, not just on paper. Over the years, I’ve been involved in everything from C-suite negotiations and go-to-market planning to channel partnerships and large-scale deals.
Alongside my corporate career, I’ve also run my own business ventures. These have ranged from custom hockey sticks, a direct-to-consumer apparel brand, event planning, an NFT project and transactions involving Canadian trademarks. Some of those projects were successes, and others were valuable lessons. Together, they sharpened my instincts and reinforced my belief that clear priorities, discipline, and smart execution drive results in any market.
